I thought I'd give you a run down of the beauty items that consistently grace the chaos that is my staple stash, starting with the make-up base products (primer, foundation, concealer and powder), that I'm forever loyal to. As I'm just a tad obsessed with complexion products and I have so many that I regularly wear, I decided to split this post into two parts. This first edit features the more long lasting, heavier duty staples in my core makeup collection. Part two will consist of the lighter, sheerer, base products that make up my essentials inventory, so watch out for that coming up soon, too!
A little while ago, in a previous post, I talked you through my current morning skincare routine. So, it made sense to follow up with an evening version. I really like to take my time in the evenings, to give my skin a bit of a treat and if I ever have a naughty night off from this regime, my skin definitely gives me a generous dose of revenge, over the subsequent days.

Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter Collection, Review + Swatches
17:59Alice Grace
Now, I know that the Revlon Lip Butters are kind of old news, seeing they've been out for so long and the whirlwind has since passed, but I just had to give them a post of their own. Spring/Summer is the perfect time of year to whip out these bad boys, as the formula is gorgeous, along with the colourful, bright shade range. When they were first released, I picked up just 4 of the total line, showing some rare restraint, I must say. Since then, there's been new additions to the permanent range and also some limited-edition shades, to tempt us further.
When I first picked up Nars Sheer Glow Foundation, I loved it and, since then, we've had a rocky relationship. When my skin is good, it's definitely up there as one of my all time favourites. But, if my complexion is a little dry in areas and needs a good dose of moisture, this isn't my number one choice. At the moment, however, I'm hooked!
